Laura leads proactive agent outreach and recruitment efforts for Advocate Financial's health and wealth department. She works closely with the office staff to connect independent agents with the company's unique model of 100% book ownership and zero-cost back-office support.

With nearly a decade of experience in the life insurance industry, Laura holds active health and life licenses. She has worked as both a captive agent and a 1099 independent, giving her a firsthand perspective on the industry's shift from family-owned agencies to private equity ownership.

What Laura values most about her work is the opportunity to give agents a genuine alternative to private equity, all while collaborating with a close-knit, faith-based team.

Outside of work, Laura cherishes quality time with her husband and their four children. She loves tending to her garden, being in nature, kayaking, hiking, and sightseeing.
