This training page will guide you through the features and functionalities of HealthSherpa, helping you become proficient in using the platform to assist your clients effectively. 1. What is HealthSherpa? Visit the HealthSherpa Website: Go to HealthSherpa to begin the registration process. Sign Up as an Agent: Click the "Sign Up" button and enter your agent details, including your National Producer Number (NPN), contact information, and any required credentials. Complete Your Profile: Once your account is created, complete your profile by filling in up-to-date business and personal information. Make sure your licensing information is accurate. Connect Your Carrier Appointments: To access ACA plans from specific carriers, link your account to the carriers you're appointed with. This step will ensure you can view and quote their plans for your clients. Verify Your Identity: Follow the identity verification process if prompted.
