For Agents - wanting to certify to sell MAPD:
Agents must be appointed first. Immediately upon appointment by Commissions and Licensing, you will receive an email advising them of the completion of the appointment process and assignment of their writing number, also known as their broker ID.
If you are interested in Medicare certification with Priority Health?
To view Priority Health Medicare Certification and training instructions, click the button "Enroll Now". You will be prompted to log in to access the Agent Center. Scroll to the bottom of the Medicare Certification page to complete the information in the form provided. Be sure to click Submit. Once entered into the portal, you will receive and email directing you to access the trainings. Follow the directions that are provided within the email.
For any agent who is not newly appointed will also have to login to the agent center, and then click on Medicare. Then fill out the fields under: Never Sold Medicare Advantage with Priority Health? Request to certify with Priority Health.
Your request will be activated within 1 business day. You will receive an email from Priority Health advising you to register your account. It contains detailed instructions on how to proceed and learn to see that you are complete. You can print a certificate of completion from the transcript section when you are finished.
