Day 1: LEAD | April 26 Start with the Leadership Summit. Focus on building and developing your own team, including the leadership skills and agency practices that support your work as an independent agent.

Day 2: GROW | April 27 Take part in sessions focused on mindset, strategy, and skills. Connect with agents and industry professionals during the Carrier Expo and networking opportunities.

Day 3: LAUNCH | April 28 Explore tools and ideas to help you work toward your 2027 goals. The day includes further education, keynotes, and time to connect with other professionals.

What you’ll learn

Advocon is planned as an insurance agent conference for professionals working across Medicare, life insurance, and annuities. Sessions will cover topics shaping the year ahead, including Medicare trends, life and annuity education, AI, marketing and branding, new technology, and leadership.
